LOSE FAT AND IMPROVE BODY COMPOSITION

 

  

Almost all of the fat loss routines that you see advertised have one thing in common…THEY SELL EXTREMISM. These extreme routines require very intense levels of physical activity and unrealistic levels of calorie reduction. This leads the person following it to see short-term progress, then crash and burnout because the routine is not sustainable. While some of these extreme routines may be acceptable for experienced athletes, they are not productive for long term results in most populations. If your goal is to lose a large amount of body fat in a short perioud of time, you need to ditch this way of thinking. Out of all of the clients that I have worked with over the past 15 years: MANY have made very positive and long term changes in body composition, MOST of them have retained their results, but NONE of them have progressed by taking

extreme shortcuts.

 

Setting realistic goals is crucial:

In most cases 0.5-2.0 pounds of fat loss per week is safe and very attainable. We will discuss what amount of fat loss is healthy and sustainable for you to achieve when you come in for your free assessment/consultation. The main factors that determine this are your current body composition, current fitness level, and age. 

 

The two most important factors while designing a fitness routine are:

 

SAFTEY- You need to be able to follow a routine for the long run.  Simply surviving a workout that your body isn’t adapted to will increase your risk of injury and provide little benefit to for you to achieve long-term results.

 

SUSTAINABILITY- If you cannot stick to a fitness routine it obviously will not help you. In order to achieve noticible long term results, you need to have the right nutritional focus and follow a customized fitness routine that is tailored to your body's needs. 

 

If you commit yourself to my program you will form long-term habits and achieve sustainable results. You won’t need to keep looking for the latest fad or the next best thing. I can increase your health, fitness, and nutritional knowledge base, keep you motivated, and hold you accountable. My goal for each client at Real Results is to form healthy habits through exercise and nutrition and stick to them.
